PROJECT MANAGEMENT Gallery Residential and Commercial Projects Services provided are: · A budget for your review of scope of work and costs. · On site management by a licensed professional engineer. · A schedule of activities showing how all the trades interact and the amounts of time & money needed to finish the job. · On site engineering approval for local inspector if needed. · Bid out work packages to at least two contractors & evaluate bids. · Use my best efforts to supervise workmen and materials so that work is performed as per the drawings, schedule, the budget and built with the highest quality. Weekly reports of the progress will be sent to you via fax, e-mail or 1st class mail. · Make sure the work performed is in the most expeditious and economical manner consistent with your interests. · Negotiate change order costs. · Make sure all contractors are insured for workmen’s comp & liability. · Collect from the contractors’ lien waivers when they are complete and before final payment. · Provide you with records relating to warranties and appliance operation upon completion of the work.
